Catering Policies and Procedures

  • Please allow 24-48 hour notice to ensure availability.
  • Some menu offerings are based on seasonal availabilty and are subject to change.
  • Juban's is a full service off premise caterer and will be happy to help in planning all aspects of your event.
  • Juban’s is licensed and insured, and our service staff is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Juban’s is on the preferred catering list with most venues in Baton Rouge and will adhere to all guidelines set by the venue.

Staffing and Fees

  • Server pricing is included in the 20% Service Charge, additional Server labor may be required depending on the set up or style of the event and will be calculated once a menu is determined.
  • Chef’s fees are 150.00 per chef for the duration of the event. Addition fee may apply for Juban’s Executive Chef.

Guarantees

  • For all catered events booked six month or more in advance a 500.00 deposit is due with the signed contract and can be paid with check or credit card.
  • For all catered functions a credit card is required to secure your event and all payments are due by the date of the event.
  • Payment in full is required for catering orders placed within 24 hours.

Rental Items

  • Rental items such as tables, chairs and coordinating linens can be rented through Juban’s Catering for your convenience for an additional charge.
